This single farm, single varietal orange bourbon is a rare find! The Alfaro family has been cultivating coffee for four generations at Finca El Gobiado in the Ilamatepec Mountains. This lot is entirely Orange Bourbon and has been naturally processed to show the best it has to offer. Through years of experience, the Alfaro family has discovered that their orange bourbon varietal responds exceptionally well to being processed naturally. Hand-picked cherries dry on African beds and clay pavements for 25 to 32 days. The result is a sweet coffee with notes of peach, honey, a silky mouthfeel, and subtle floral hints. Cheers!
