This season, we have paired Atitlan, a washed coffee from Guatemala with Finca El Gobiado from El Salvador, which has been processed naturally. The components complement each other perfectly. Atitlan is sweet and has a soft mouthfeel. El Gobiado is vibrant and adds complexity. We really love this blend with its beautiful rounded sweetness and balanced flavours such as grapefruit and roasted almond. The blend is tailored to be a versatile coffee, pairing perfectly with milk or delicious on its own.
