To ensure you get your purchase as soon as possible we strive to ship all orders within 24 business hours after payment.

• Shipping countries: all the European Union countries
• Belgian customers can expect their package the day after dispatching. Orders outside of Belgium have varying delivery times (1 to 10 business days), depending on the country.
• You will be sent a tracking number when your order has been shipped
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands:
€10 - free shipping from €50 for coffee - other products from €75

Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia,
Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden:
€20 - free shipping from €100 for coffee - other products from €125

Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Ireland:
€25 - free shipping from €125 for coffee - other products from €150

Bulgaria, Greece, Malta, Romania:
€30 - free shipping from €150 for coffee - other products from €175

RETURNS

• We will only accept return of goods that are in their original condition and packaging.
• Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase
• Returns are out of our control until arrived at our store
• We do not reimburse shipping costs
• Your account will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt of your item(s)
